Paula Zimmermann will give a presentation on “ESG in Supply Contracts” at the twelfth IT Procurement Conference on Tuesday 22 August 2023 at the University of Bern.
This year’s IT Procurement Conference 2023 is dedicated to the topic “Everything new? The changing world of procurement”.
In the presentation “ESG in Supply Contracts”, Paula Zimmermann talks about the numerous new legal requirements in the EU and Switzerland that impose an obligation on companies to report in detail. She breaks down the legal requirements and explains how the reporting has to be done and shows with examples how this can be mapped in the supply chain. In addition to the general explanation of what is behind the term ESG, more specifically behind the letter “E”, Paula Zimmermann addresses the challenges arising in the context of the supply chain.
