Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the lazy-loading-responsive-images domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (18.03.2019) Daimler - Full obligation of the employer to surrender the shares | HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte
Skip to content

Topic: Right to information
Authority: State Labour Court Baden-Württemberg
Sanction: obligation to surrender

The Daimler car group is obliged to disclose comprehensive information about a plaintiff manager, including information about internal investigations. Daimler tried in vain to argue that they had to protect the anonymity of whistleblowers. Companies and employees are often unaware of how comprehensive this right to information is. In principle, everything that has to be disclosed must be disclosed.
