Transfer of employees to a foreign place of work
The Federal Labour Court ruled in four parallel decisions that the employer may be authorised by its right to issue instructions to move the place of work of its employees abroad.

Vita
Daniela studied at the TU Dresden, the University of Augsburg, specialising in international law, and the University of Tasmania in Australia. After completing her first state examination, she worked as a research assistant in an international law firm in the areas of corporate and labour law. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, she worked for the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and for a lawyer specialising in art, trademark and copyright law. In 2022, she found her way to HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte and is now a lawyer in the Media & Event team.
