After studying at the Leibniz University of Hanover and completing his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig with stations in Braunschweig, Hanover and Berlin, Tjade was admitted to the German Bar in spring 2022. Since then, he has been working for HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte in the Media and Events team.

His focus is on “event law”. This mainly covers public law and civil law issues, but also the support of administrative offense proceedings. Specifically, he advises and represents event organizers and gastronomic businesses in approval processes – for example, immission control, public street, building or nature conservation permits – is active in the drafting of contracts, takes action against fines and conducts court proceedings.
