After studying at the Leibniz University of Hanover and completing his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig with stations in Braunschweig, Hanover and Berlin, Tjade was admitted to the bar in spring 2022. Since then, he has also worked for HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte in the Media and Event team.

He specialises in “event law”. This essentially covers public and civil law issues, but also includes support in administrative offence proceedings. Specifically, he advises and represents event organisers and caterers in approval processes – for example, permits under immission control law, road law, building law or nature conservation law -, drafts contracts, takes action against fines and conducts court proceedings.
